The Los Angeles Urban League Young Professionals (LAULYP) held their first Book Club meeting on January 27, 2011 at Café Cirroc, 11800 Jefferson Blvd., in Culver City.

The first book for the group was The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success by Deepak Chopra.

He explains the laws of pure potentiality, giving, karma, least effort, intention and desire, detachment, and dharma and includes useful suggestions on how to apply these fundamental, natural principles if one is truly searching for purpose and a satisfying life.
